We will find out our possible opponents in the 4th Round Draw for the FA Cup on Sunday evening. The draw is due to take place at 8.55pm.
The Match has been re-scheduled for Tues 15th Jan at 7.45pm, with a reply if needed on Sat 26th Jan (4th Round day).
This only adds to the confusion for our Fixtures for January. We are due to play Brentford Away on Thursday 24th Jan, Live on ITV Sport. This match will only go ahead on this date if we are out of the FA Cup. The Club announced before todays postponement that The Brentford game is an all-ticket AMS Game for Brighton Fans, and that Tickets would not go on sale until the outcome of the Match with Preston is known.
So, if we lose to Preston on the 15th we'll be playing Brentford on the 24th.
If we beat Preston on the 15th, we'll be playing in the 4th Round of the Cup on the weekend of 25/26/27 Jan, unless our opponents are not finalised by that time, in which case we could still play Brentford on the 24th.
However if we draw against Preston on the 15th, we'll be playing Preston away on the 26th.
Ticket holders for the original game on the 5th, who are not able to get to the game on the 15th are advised to contact the Ticket Office by Jan 8th to receive a refund.
