Southend v Brighton

Last updated : 15 April 2010 By BBC Sport

Brighton assistant manager Mauricio Taricco told BBC Radio Sussex:

"Every week is the same. You need to compete first and then you need to impose your game. We need to be strong enough in our game and get the ball down. We need to be more clinical, that's for sure.

"I think we're playing good football and we have chances in every game to win it. It's consistency that we need, to pick up points and move up the table. It's about going there, every individual doing his job and then obviously play as a team.

"I think all the players know we want them to play football, but that they have to do the basics first."
