Ravens View of QPR

We met at the Salutation in Hammersmith as normal and there were loads of Albion fans about. We sank a few pints of Porter and at 2.30 headed to Loftus road.

The view from the Upper Tier is good until the play gets near the goal, then from row F you can see F all, despite standing for 90 minutes!

As for the match, 2 very very poor sides, we were the worst of the 2 and I dont think we really deserved a point.

El-Abd had a nightmare game, Henderson looked unsure at times, Carpenter and Hammond were ineffective, Carole and Frutos looked uninterested and Frutos cost us the goal by not putting in a challange from a cross.

CKR and Hart didnt have a chance up front as we played the long ball. Carole had 3 shots, but all straight at the keeper.

Sadly I cant see us escaping, the belief has gone and we look a beaten team from KO these days. Last season we battled to the end, Saturday there was very little effort.

Henderson - 4
Hinshelwood - 6
El-Abd - 3
McShane - 7
Butters - 6
Carpenter - 3
Hammond - 2
Carole - 4
Frutos - 2
Hart - 5
CKR - 5

Dodd - 6 at least tried to play football
Loft - 3 out of his depth

Cant remember if anyone else came on
