Brighton manager Gus Poyet has been found guilty of improper conduct by the Football Association.Poyet was sent from the dugout during the Seagulls' 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient on 6 February.

But the 42-year-old, who took over at the Withdean in November, escaped further punishment from the FA hearing.

Referee Steve Cook had reported the Brighton boss after he reacted when Liam Dickinson was denied a penalty after a Ben Chorley challenge.
