Chris Holroyd could also miss out with with an ankle injury, while Diego Arismendi returns to the squad and is available after a thigh problem.

Brighton assistant manager Mauricio Taricco told BBC Sussex: "It's a good atmosphere, everybody is happy. Obviously results help, but we are playing good stuff. When we dominate games we are a good team.

"It's important the players realise we have to keep possession, because that's when we are most dangerous. When you are in control of the game you're not defending.

"It's another very important match considering Exeter won in midweek. We can not relax and we know that. The players are smart enough to know its not over. It's a matter of keep performing."
