The 19-year-old is relishing playing first team football and is looking to prolong his spell with Gus Poyet's side.
"I would like to stay here until the end of the season, I'm enjoying it," he told the club's official website.
"It's been very good since I've been here so hopefully we can extend the loan as I like it here.
"I've been here for four weeks now and I'm really enjoying my time and we're winning games, which is great."
