The Case now goes back to Ruth Kelly to make a new decision, taking into account the objections raised by Lewes DC.
Hopefully a decision will be given by Mid March next year, this will mean that Lewes will have to announce the decision whether to challenge the new hearing before the local elections. The people of Lewes have made it clear that they do not want the expenditure of fighting a YES decision.
