Kazim-Richards for Parkin

CKR was dissapointed not to start the game at Rotherham on Saturday, with Manger Mark McGhee choosing a a 4-5-1 line up which suited other players in the squad.

After Dean Cox was sent off Albion played with 2 banks of four, leaving Alex Revell (Saturdays Goalscorer) to play up front alone. Revell was substituted and replaced by Kazim-Richards on 60 minutes. Reports from the game indicate that CKR was not putting in 100%, indeed he himself was subbed late in the game with Jake Robinson replacing him.

CKR did not celebrate with the victory on the field after the game with the rest of the players, instead walking straight down the tunnel. He was seen handing a letter to Mark McGhee after Saturdays Match.

One can only assume that he has handed a transfer request to the Club, and todays timely news that McGhee is chasing Sam Parkin, valued at £350k by Ipswich, can only promote speculation that a player swap is on the cards.
