Kazim-Richards back in the Squad

19 year-old Kazim-Richards was not named in side for the first game at Rotherham, he came onas a sub during the second half, but did not perform well, and was subsequently subbed himself. He handed in a transfer request to the manager after the game.
Mark McGhee did not name him in the 16 for our second 1-0 win of the Season against Gillingham on Tuesday night.
The Manager announced yesterday that he had refused the transfer request saying "He was sub on Saturday and when he came on he was very disappointing. His body language was wrong, and later it transpired that he had already made up his mind to make a transfer request. Colin is a player with great potential but has to learn to play in a team, and play the way that we want. It would be no different anywhere else.
"He must realise that he's not a one-man band and that he must conform, and then within that structure we've got at the moment, he'll have plenty of opportunity to express himself with the things we know he can do brilliantly. But it has to be on our terms. We'll keep working with Colin to convince him that that is the case, and that he does have a future here."
Speaking in The Argus this morning McGhee added "I've told him as far as I am concerned his transfer request is denied, so he has got to get back into the frame of mind that he is playing here. He trained really well yesterday morning but we are not going to make a judgement based on what we see in one training session."
The starting side is expected remain unchanged from Tuesday Night, one enforced change was made from the first game after Dean Cox was banned for one game sfter receiving two yellows at Rotherham. Jake Robinson deputised for him in the Brentford Game and scored the only goal.
