Dodd's Right Back slot was covered by Gary Hart in the 2-0 win over Plymouth on monday. Hart was originally bought by Nobby Horton as a striker, and has played the last few seasons on the Right Wing.
Kerry Mayo is expected to be fit in time for our next game, against Leeds on September 10th, so Manager Mark McGhee does have options for his full-back slots. Paul Reid switched to the left from his more usual Right Back slot to cover Kerry's injury.
Meanwhile new signing Alexandre Frutos has gone back to France, and will join up with the squad for training from Monday.
