The fans forum, held at Hove Greyhound Stadium, also gave some other snippets of information for Brighton Fans.

Alan Pardew was quoted earlier today as saying that Henderson is most likely to make the switch to Brighton or Brentford. Pardew added: "He will definitely go to one of those clubs as I know how they work. He will get the right coaching, he will will definitely play there and most importantly he will be looked after.

"I rate Darius very highly. Centre forwards are like centre halves - they need to learn the intricacy of the game and they can only get that by playing and learning. He needs to know where to run, when to lay the ball off, when to hold it up and you can't get that just on the training ground.

Other information coming out of the forum is that Ben Roberts is to start the Season as First-choice keeper, keeping fans favourite Michels Kuipers on the bench. The recent vote on this Site had the keepers as 50/50 for the Shirt.

Falmer Stadium , if all goes well is not likely to be ready before the start of the 2005/06 Season. Cost is expected to be £48m, funded by Football League trusts, sponsorship deals & bank loans (NOT Zamora!) etc.

The extra 2,000 seats at Withdean, bringing capacity to around 9,000, will not be in place before Christmas.

Andrei Kanchelskis will not be joining the Albion.

Also, the game against QPR, Live on Sky on Monday 18th August, did not sell out in the ballot. Tickets are therefore available to callers at the Ticket Office in the town or by phone on 01273 776692. Further details on the Official Site.
