Have you chosen your Cult heroes?

Last updated : 27 August 2004 By Bob Gear

Just name your three cult heroes at Brighton

Can you come up with three players who had that something special - whether it was cheeky charisma, a player who made the crowd buzz or just his sartorial style!

These players won't necessarily be your all-time greats but the ones you remember with a smile.

Once we have a shortlist for your club, we'll highlight your favourite cult heroes on one of our Focus shows and hold a vote on our website.

Send your three cult hero nominees to football@bbc.co.uk, and tell us why you have chosen them.

Mine were:

Peter Smith - went on fantastic mazy runs, nobody knew where he would end up, least of all himself!

Kit Napier - for his ability to score direct from corners

Mark Ormerod - A goalkeeper whose drop kicks would usually go out of play, would have done well playing rugby!
