Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Gary Hart has agreed a new one-year contract with the League One club.The 33-year-old has been training with the Seagulls despite not being offered a new deal by manager Gus Poyet at the end of last season.

But he has impressed during pre-season and is set to sign on for his 13th season at the club.

Hart has made over 400 appearances for Brighton since joining in 1998 from Essex League side Stanstead.
