Carling Cup Second Round Draw - seeded or not?

The Carling Cup Round Two draw takes place live on Sky Sports Soccer Saturday at 1:30pm.

The live part of the draw is the last of three stages. Two pre-draws will have been held: Draw 1 - to allocate an unseeded club to a particular match number Draw 2 - to determine whether the unseeded club will be Home or Away.

Seeding is determined by Last Season finishing position

The live draw will then allocate a seeded club to each match. All the ties will see an unseeded club v a seeded club.

CURRENT UNSEEDED CLUBS:

Accrington Stanley, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Port Vale, Wrexham, Southend, Hartlepool, Bury, Barnet, Carlisle, Cheltenham, Notts County, Doncaster, Hereford, Mansfield, MK Dons, Peterborough, Walsall, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Darlington, Wycombe, Brentford

If Leyton Orient win against West Brom tonight then they will be the final unseeded team. If West Brom win against Leyton Orient tonight then West Brom will be a seeded team and Brighton will drop down to be an unseeded team.

24 teams will go through from the second Round. The Eight Premiership Clubs that are playing in European Comprtition this Season join from the Third Round. These Eight are:

Arsenal, Blackburn Rovers, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United.
