Swindon will include new signing Stephen Darby after he completed his loan move from Liverpool.
Captain Gordon Greer is struggling with an ankle knock, with Kevin Amankwaah (hamstring) also set to miss out.
Brighton manager Gus Poyet told BBC Sussex: "Any good team is built from the back, starting with a good keeper. That's a very important position and I'm happy with Peter Brezovan.
"We've been defending better as a group but also there are some individuals who are coming onto another level and it's important for the future
"I went to see Swindon the other day. They are very powerful and play their own game. They know their strength and they try to play that way.
"If you relax for a second you know you've got a massive problem. It's another game where we have to be spot on defensively."
