Brighton have bolstered their goal-keeping options by bringing in Danny Naisbitt on loan from Histon. The 31-year-old comes in as cover for Peter Brezovan, who has impressed after coming in for Michel Kuipers, who broke a finger in training last month.

Six foot two Naisbitt has made 106 league appearances since signing for Histon in May 2007.

But he was one of a number of 'rebels' dropped by boss Alan Lewer last month after refusing to sign a new contract.

Naisbitt, who was also a target for League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge, is expected to be on the bench for Saturday's home date against Tranmere Rovers.
